Motel Policies

Check-out time is 11:00 am on your date of departure.  If you will be checking out prior to the office opening at 8:00 am, please notify us if possible and then leave the keys in room.  If you require a late checkout, the cost is $15 per half hour after 11:00 am.

All of our rooms are Non-Smoking.  Smoking is permitted in the seating area outside your room, but please do not smoke inside the room. It will be necessary to charge a $100 cleaning fee if our smoking policy is violated.  There will be a minimum $25.00 charge for dishes not being washed or rooms being excessively dirty, and of course you will be responsible for anything damaged or missing from your room.  This includes, but is not limited to: towels, hair dryers, linen, pillows, and dishes. There will be a $5 charge for each room key not turned in at check-out.

Our resort is not pet friendly. Due to health and cleaning issues any violation of the pet policy will result in a non-refundable $100 fee. We do not accept Emotional Support Animals at this time.

Due to the layout of our motel the following items are not permitted outside of your room or in the pool area: Grills, Boombox/Stereos, Coolers, Folding Tables, Yard or Tailgate Games, and any party favors such as Balloons, Streamers, Confetti, Chalk, Etc.

Designated parking is provided for one vehicle per room.  Additional vehicles will have to park in either parking lot or along the street.  Any vehicle parked in a guest spot that isn’t registered with the front office will be towed at vehicle owners expense.
