Happy New Year!!! We are very excited about the upcoming 2008 year. The Ponces have been working very hard on their restructuring plan for the Conch House business. We are pleased to share with you a glimpse of our plans for The Conch House Marina Resort. Currently we are still in the early planning stages of development. We have retained some of the foremost leaders in the Resort development field. We have also partnered with the Evans Group in Orlando, Florida to assist us in our marketing effort. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The Evans Group has built an award-winning reputation over the past thirty two years as one of the most talented and diverse design firms in the country. A fact that is evidenced by their exclusive list of clients, the numerous articles written. The slide show below should give you a good overall idea of our development plan as well as a conceptual idea of the design.
